Employee engagement is a requirement for successful organizations.

I partnered with municipal school districts and state grant programs ($26,000) to launch the English as a Learned Language program for multilingual associates. Resulting in a no-cost, on-site program for associates. The program opened a new talent pipeline that would not have been possible before.

 

Slashed $56k/annually and realized a 25% tuition cost reduction by overhauling education/tuition assistance programs. Retain high-performing talent by realigning talent management practices with employees' work and career goals.

 

Designed, implemented, and managed a multi-phased Leadership Development Program to drive a cultural shift, improve throughput and efficiency, and reduced 90-day voluntary turnover by 28.7% in the first quarter of launch.

ONBOARDING PROGRAMS

I have worked on several projects where we improved the new hire experience significantly. Understanding that engagement begins from the first contact, we worked to make sure the onboarding programs were both engaging and effective. Here are a few examples of success I have had.

 

Overhauled employee onboarding program to increase employee engagement resulting in a 99% "highly satisfied" rating and a profound reduction in the 15-day turnover of new hires from 15% to less than 2%.

 

92% New employee efficiency after the overhaul and revamp of the new orientation program. 

 

95% Reduction in onboarding time after evaluation and transformation of the program.

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

Looking to develop your leaders but not sure where to turn? I have led multiple leadership development initiatives.

 

Led a career progression program as a part of critical position retention and development initiatives, which resulted in the promotion of over 30 hourly associates to key technical roles.

 

Responsibility for Management Leadership Program through a partnership with Purdue Polytechnic, Anderson. Over 200 leaders completed the program across five sites. I saved $15K through contract negotiations with Purdue.

 

Saved over $140,000 in costs from outside vendors by implementing in-house programs that exceed the associates' needs.

 

Led team in creating an hourly technical career pathway program for all four plants using comprehensive job/task analysis and the newly launched "Training the Trainer" program, with 50% of participants receiving promotion the first year.
