HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT
As a strategic thought leader, I supported organizational change management for a human capital management implementation project. Guiding and directing the training design and development to grow enablement and promote adoption. I also supported the project team in meeting tight Workday implementation deadlines.
PRODUCT OFFERINGS RESTRUCTURE
Clients often approach me with a general idea of what they need, and this project was no different. For this project, I supported a boutique travel company with ties to Fortune 500 travel and tourism organizations to restructure their initial product offerings and diversify their client focus from one primary offering to three distinct channels. I also created and led team engagement and professional development programs for the company and guided and directed strategic initiatives based on economic conditions.
STRATEGIC MERGER & ACQUISITION
I was recruited by NIIT to support
change adoption and organizational design initiatives for the strategic merger of two pharmaceutical organizations. My main focus was on developing an engagement and change management approach and assessing team dysfunction interventions for the External Markets Marketing Team due to shifts in roles, functions, and hierarchy. Utilizing a 12-point-dimension analysis and creating strategic interventions in organizational design. I was able to close a 94% engagement gap and a 77% adoption gap..
ORGANIZATIONAL & TALENT MANAGEMENT
I was hired by Keihin Automotive as an organizational management consultant. To assess and provide recommendations and interventions on company culture, employee engagement, and change readiness during company reorganization and reduction in manufacturing plant locations. I conducted in-depth ethnographic studies and designed, implemented, and managed a multi-phased Succession Planning Program, identifying 67 high-potential associates, saving $17,000, and improving the retention of associates in critical organizational roles.
HI-PO TALENT AND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
Asked to support a new talent retention and development initiative, I created an in-depth succession and leadership program and developed a validated multi-rater assessment to identify strengths and areas for improvement for candidates tapped for high-profile executive positions.
SAP ADOPTION & TRAINING
Successfully led the training and instructional design experts in facilitating critical training for a $14M-dollar global SAP launch for the U.K. and North American locations. Heralded by the U.K. V.P. as "Everything you have done is top-notch."
