  • Reduced attrition by nearly 20% by creating 20+ web-based/in-house demonstrated ROI training programs.

  • Slashed $56k/annually and realized a 25% tuition cost reduction by overhauling education/tuition assistance programs.

  • Facilitated team building and innovation event that led to 146 ideas for new product material use and 18 new final future products. 

  • Revived tuition assistance program is saving $56k/year and improving employees' skills and fulfillment of personal/career goals.

  • Launched first enterprise multi-lingual training; topics included safety, compliance, and professional development.

  • Realized $180k in new training/ tools and led simulation program by overseeing the grant writing process. 

  • Propelled 49 key enterprise process improvements by creating/leading groundbreaking root-cause analysis workshop.

  • Reduced onboarding cycle time from 4 days to 4 hours by overhauling the department with Six Sigma/Kaizen tools.

  • Introduced human perspective into root cause analysis workshop; program exploded across the enterprise due to results.
